By purchasing the Your Business: Day One coaching package from Operation Melt, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
About This Program
Your Business: Day One is a 60-day coaching package provided by Operation Melt, LLC (Tony Weaver). The program includes three one-on-one coaching sessions, access to the Project Manage Your Life Starter Kit, the Before Day One exclusive guide, and “Phone A Friend” email and text support throughout the 60-day period.
Scope of Coaching
Coaching is a goal-focused partnership designed to help you clarify your vision, build momentum, and take action toward your business goals. Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice from legal, medical, financial, or other qualified professionals. Operation Melt does not provide therapy, medical advice, business legal counsel, or financial guidance. All decisions made during and after this program are exclusively your own responsibility.
Client Responsibilities
By purchasing this package you agree to:
Show up to scheduled sessions on time and prepared with a clear agenda for what you want to address. Communicate openly and honestly throughout the coaching relationship. Take responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during coaching sessions and throughout the program. Understand that your results depend on your own commitment and action.
Payment
The fee for Your Business: Day One is $300, payable in full at the time of purchase. This fee covers the full 60-day program as described above.
Cancellation and Refunds
Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. Operation Melt will make a good-faith effort to accommodate rescheduling requests. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience, please reach out to tony@OperationMelt.com and we will work together to make it right, up to and including a full refund of your purchase price.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential. Certain topics may be shared anonymously and hypothetically with other coaching professionals for training or consultation purposes only. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of this program, including the Project Manage Your Life Starter Kit and the Before Day One guide, remain the sole intellectual property of Operation Melt, LLC. These materials are licensed for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that Operation Melt, LLC and Tony Weaver are not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from your participation in this program. The sole remedy available in the event of a dispute is a refund of the program fee, subject to the cancellation policy above. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association under Ohio law before pursuing any other legal remedy.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Operation Melt, LLC regarding the Your Business: Day One coaching package. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
